INGREDIENTS
2 dozen oysters
2 dozen strips of smoked salmon

METHOD
Roll each oyster in a strip of smoked salmon and secure with a cocktail stick. Bake on a hot oven for approximately 5 minutes. Serve on hot Arran oatcakes buttered with lemon or garlic butter.
